SmartChatBot is a service that builds and maintains AI chatbots for company websites. We build the bot, connect it to the client's systems, put it live and keep it running.

This website presents that service. The bot in the corner of this site is a demo — it is there so you can see how it works. It is not a legal or business adviser, and its answers are not an offer.

The scope, timeline and price of an actual project are not governed by this page but by a quote and a contract.

The site is open and free to use. We only ask that you:

• do not attempt to disrupt the site or the bot, or to access data that is not yours
• do not use the bot to send unlawful, abusive or someone else's protected content
• do not enter other people's personal data, or your own sensitive data, into the bot conversation
• give accurate details in the contact form — if you misrepresent yourself, we cannot answer the enquiry
• do not scrape the site at a volume that burdens the service

The text, design, code and graphics on this site are ours, except where explicitly stated otherwise. Quote and share the blog freely with attribution and a link — that suits us.

Lifting content wholesale and publishing it as your own is not on, and is not permitted. Other companies' names and logos mentioned on the site belong to their owners and are used for description only.

We work to keep everything on the site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every detail is error-free at every moment. The content is informational and is not a binding offer.

The demo bot is a demo. Like any system built on a language model, it can give an answer that is not correct. Do not base a business decision on it — that is what a signed, specific quote is for.

We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site's informational content, nor for the site being unavailable due to failure, maintenance or force majeure. This limitation does not affect liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

The site links to our clients' sites and to other sites. We are not responsible for their content.

We may change these terms — when we do, we change the date at the top. The version that applies is the one published at the time of your visit. If a change is significant, we will say so on the site rather than slip it through quietly.

Use of this site is governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia.

The competent court in Čačak has jurisdiction over disputes. Before court we will always try to sort it out directly — in practice that is faster and cheaper for both sides.
