Straight answers

Can the bot book an appointment for a patient?

Yes. The bot connects to your booking system, shows open slots and writes the reservation — confirming it only once it is actually booked. If you do not run a booking system yet, the bot collects the contact and the reason and emails you the whole conversation.

Does the bot give medical advice?

No. It answers organisational questions — services, hours, preparation, location, contact. Anything touching diagnosis or treatment is referred to the practice. It is configured not to invent, and to say when it does not know.

Where does the bot get information about my practice?

You send us your material — website, price list, list of services, opening hours, common questions. We configure the bot from that. It answers only about your practice, from your data.

What happens to patient data?

Data is stored on EU servers (Frankfurt) and the system is GDPR-compliant. In the admin panel you see every conversation and contact, and you can export or delete them.
