Straight answers

Can the bot dispatch a crew?

Not on its own — you approve the call-out. It collects location, vehicle type and contact and emails you the details immediately, then you call. Checks and writes against your own system (account status, client data) the bot does itself.

What if a client asks for an exact call-out price?

The bot says what you give it. With fixed prices per zone, it quotes them exactly. If the price depends on the situation, it says so and collects details for you to call back — it will not guess a figure.

Can the bot see other clients' data?

No. Status checks work only against the exact email address the user provides — the bot does not search by company name, does not guess similar addresses and does not return lists. That is a deliberate rule.

Does the bot work on a phone, roadside?

Yes. The widget runs in a mobile browser with nothing to install. Most enquiries in this trade come from a phone anyway.
